We are delighted to welcome you to the new Donegal County Council website.
This website has been designed with a view to making our services more accessible and allowing information to be obtained more easily and efficiently in both English and Irish.
There are a number of new features on this site including a dedicated Council News section where you can keep up to date on everything that is happening in Donegal County Council. We have introduced an Apply for it and Pay for it facility and we are planning to develop these facilities further by introducing more online services over the coming months.
We have also introduced a new online ‘Report it’ facility where you can report issues such as illegal dumping, potholes, unauthorised developments or a problem with a public light. You can report these issues by contacting us by phone, email or by using this new online Reporting facility.
We would like to thank everyone who took part in our consumer panels throughout the county and whose input and feedback has helped make this website more accessible and user friendly. We will be striving to continually improve this site and the ‘Rate this Page’ facility will allow users to provide feedback which will in turn be used to improve specific areas of the site.
Finally, we would like to thank everyone at GA Consultancy for their help and support in developing the website. It has been great to work with a local business who are to the fore in terms of their professionalism, creativity and innovative design techniques.
